From the golden age of Hollywood to modern favourites, our programme is designed for shared moments with your loved ones and warm summer evenings. Drift through the glamour of Some Like It Hot, sing along with your friends to Grease, set off on a family adventure with Paddington in Peru, take an intergalactic journey to the scorching deserts of Dune: Part One, or be runway-ready for The Devil Wears Prada. There’s something for everyone, whether you’re revisiting old favourites, ticking off long-awaited watchlist picks, or simply enjoying an easy evening by the canal.
Everyman on the Canal runs from 29 June until 16 August, serving up the best of cinema all summer long. With no booking required, all screenings are walk-in. Arrive early, find your spot along the canal, and settle in for a great movie, complete with a delicious menu of both sweet and salty snacks.
Everyone knows films are best enjoyed in the sunshine, especially when paired with frozen margaritas and popcorn. Looking for something sweeter to beat the heat? Everyman’s Dream Ice Cream is back for 2026, serving up extravagant sundaes and ice cream cones, alongside our new addition… chocolate-dipped strawberries!
And if tennis is your thing, you’re in the right place. We’ll be showing live Wimbledon coverage throughout the day from 29 June to 12 July, before films take over as evening falls. It’s the perfect summer treat, from start to finish.

Wimbledon on the Canal
29 June to 12 July
Wimbledon is back on the Canal for 2026! From 29 June to 12 July, we’ll be screening live coverage on the canal, bringing the atmosphere of Centre Court directly to Granary Square.
Drop by during the day to catch the action, soak up the sunshine, and enjoy food and drink by the water, before the screen turns over to film screenings as evening falls. Whether you’re following every moment or simply here to enjoy the vibes, it’s a laid‑back way to experience Wimbledon in the heart of the city.

Celebrate the return of Everyman on The Canal for 2026 with an opening night screening of Top Gun, followed by a live DJ set and on-screen visuals from the legendary DJ Yoda.

Celebrate London Pride with a special evening screening of the LGBTQ+ classic, Kinky Boots, presented on the canal by Queer Britain.
Queer Britain is the UK’s national LGBTQ+ museum and charity based in King’s Cross, London. Their mission is to reclaim, preserve, and inspire by collecting, celebrating, and educating about LGBTQ+ history.
Through exhibitions, events, and displays curated with the community, we ensure the stories and histories of LGBTQ+ people in the UK are preserved and shared.

A film hand-picked by Central Saint Martins graduate Alice Wilson, the artist who designed this year's vibrant and bright theme. Alice will introduce the film and talk to us about her creative process and why she loves this film.

Bounce Cinema is a creative community dedicated to unforgettable cinema experiences, opening doors for the next generation of storytellers. Through screenings, conversations and cultural events, we bring people together through a shared love of film.
As part of Everyman on the Canal, Bounce Cinema will host a special outdoor screening in one of London's most iconic settings, with a live DJ set afterwards.

To kick off a city-wide celebration of the 50th anniversary of she-punk, Up Yours! God Save the Queens lands at King’s Cross for an exclusive, one-day takeover of Everyman on the Canal.
Before the full festival launches this autumn, join us for a curated day of cinema celebrating the radical, independent women who completely reshaped alternative, punk, and experimental music.

Science is an important part of our lives, shaping how we understand the world and inspiring some of the best stories in books and on screen.
Join King’s Cross resident and global science publisher Springer Nature for a special film takeover to celebrate some of the best science storytelling.
From midday, you can enjoy family favourites The Wild Robot at 12:00 and Finding Nemo at 14:30, followed by the inspiring story of Stephen Hawking in The Theory of Everything at 17:30, and close the day with Denis Villeneuve's epic sci‑fi Dune at 19:00.
Whether you’re drawn to adventure, real-life stories or fantastical worlds, there’s something for everyone. Come along, grab a seat and let science take centre stage!

Now in its 36th year, the Saatchi & Saatchi New Creators’ Showcase presents a curated line-up of emerging creator talent from around the world.
Featuring non-commercial work across filmmaking, animation, advertising and beyond, the showcase highlights new voices in motion, offering a platform for creators to be seen and discovered by the industry.
