Accessibility at Everyman

At Everyman, we believe that cinema should be an inclusive experience for all.

Our cinemas feature a range of accessibility options, including step-free access, wheelchair-friendly spaces, and assistive technology. We also offer captioned, audio-described, and autism-friendly screenings.

We continually strive to improve our accessibility services and welcome feedback to enhance your experience, so please do not hesitate to contact us with any suggestions.

CEA Carer Cards

We are proud to be a part of the nationwide Cinema Exhibitors' Association (CEA) Card scheme. The scheme allows a Cardholder to be accompanied by someone, free of charge, when they purchase a ticket to visit a participating cinema with that person.

You can book tickets using a CEA Card on our website, in one of our venues, or by calling our Guest Service team. Be sure to have your CEA Card number ready when calling and bring the card with you when visiting the cinema.

To book online, simply enter your CEA Card number after choosing your seats in the checkout process:

For further details, FAQs, and terms regarding the CEA Card, please visit their website www.ceacard.co.uk.

Subtitled & Captioned Screenings

Our film programming team regularly includes open caption screenings across all our venues. You can use the “captioned” filter on our showtimes pages, or check our Captioned Screenings page for the latest showings.

Restricted Mobility & Wheelchair Access

At Everyman, we are committed to providing wheelchair access for those with restricted mobility. However, certain locations may have some access restrictions. For detailed accessibility information for each venue, please refer to the Disabled Access section within the venue details on its dedicated page.

If you would like any further information, please use the pink Help button on the bottom right side of the page and search accessibility along with the venue of your choice.

Audio and Hearing Loops for hard of hearing guest or those with sight loss

All our venues are equipped with headsets that connect via an infrared transmitter. These can be used for Audio Description or as a Hearing Assistance Device (amplifying the film’s audio track).

Simply ask a member of staff for assistance during your visit.
