Gift cards are posted first-class, and may take up to 5 business days to arrive.
Yes, you can purchase a gift card using a card registered to an address outside of the UK, but the delivery address must be within the UK.
All gift cards are non-refundable.
You can redeem your gift card online by entering the gift card number on the back of the card. Any leftover balance will stay on your gift card after the transaction. If you cannot redeem online please email talk@everymangroup.com or visit us in person to reserve your seats.
Please note that Tivoli Gift Cards can only be redeemed in Tivoli venues, not online.
Everyman gift cards can be used for film tickets, food, and drinks.
Physical Gift Cards and Gift Membership Vouchers should be treated like cash and cannot be replaced if lost, unless you have a record of the number from the back of the card.
If you do have the number, please email talk@everymangroup.com for assistance. A £5 admin fee applies to all physical gift card replacements or exchanges.
For eGift cards, please email talk@everymangroup.com to have your eGift card resent.
All gift cards will expire 12 months after the purchase date.
