Yes, all Everyman venues are available for private hire. We have 14 venues in London (Chelsea, Borough Yards, Broadgate, Crystal Palace, King's Cross, Canary Wharf, Muswell Hill, Barnet, Baker Street, Belsize Park, Hampstead, Maida Vale, Screen on The Green and Walton) and 24 across the UK (Altrincham, Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Chelmsford, Clitheroe, Edinburgh, Egham, Esher, Gerrards Cross, Glasgow, Harrogate, Horsham, Leeds, Lincoln, Liverpool, Manchester, Newcastle, Oxted, Reigate, Stratford UA, Winchester, Wokingham and York). In addition to screen hire, we also offer bar spaces and full venue hire.
For availability and a quote, please provide basic details such as the date, number of guests, duration, and any technical requirements. Our typical hire slots last 2.5 hours and are subject to approval by our programming team. Morning (9.30am-1pm) and peak (1pm-close) slots are available, with pricing based on the time of day.
Yes, filmmakers can hold private screenings during our regular hire slots. To submit a request, please email us with a description of your film.
We’re always interested in discussing hosting film festivals for private hire. We currently work with numerous associations and film festivals so we must consider whether your film festival will offer something pivotal to the UK film events calendar. Please contact us with your proposal.
Yes, all food and drinks from our Everyman menus can be pre-ordered for private events. We also offer a kids' menu deal for £9.00 per child, including a pizza (pepperoni or margherita) or burger (in select venues), a soft drink, and popcorn. Final orders must be confirmed two weeks before the event.
We currently don’t offer charity discounts for private hires.
You can screen a film of your choice (old or new) or play your own content, such as a slideshow or presentation. We'll notify our programming team to confirm licensing and content availability. If you're showing a new release, there may be an additional premium charge to secure the title. For personal content, we support formats like DCP/KDM, DVD, or a laptop, which must be tested with our equipment at least two weeks before the hire date.
Yes, Screen on The Green in Islington is a unique venue for weddings and receptions. With its iconic façade, this cinema is licensed for wedding ceremonies, and we can arrange drinks and catering for your event.
