No, the named member must be present to take advantage of membership benefits. Sharing the card is prohibited, and any misuse may result in suspension or cancellation of the membership. Please have your photo ID ready, as regular checks are carried out at all venues.
All memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you’ve opted for automatic renewal, we’ll notify you by email one month before the membership is due to expire, with instructions on how to opt out of the annual direct debit if you wish to do so.
Everyman and Everyicon members can bring a guest for free every Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). This means that in addition to your member tickets, you can take advantage of a 2-for-1 deal when purchasing a ticket on Mondays. The offer is not cumulative and is only applicable to certain types of tickets.
Yes, all members can enjoy a 10% discount on food and drinks at all Everyman venues.

You can use your free tickets for all regular film sessions (excludes Special Events such as ROH, NT Live, etc. and child tickets).
Everyman members can use all their free tickets in one go. Everyicon and Everywhere members can redeem up to 2 tickets per film session and cannot book for films starting 90 minutes before or after an already booked session (e.g. if I have booked 2 tickets for a 6pm show, I can only book for films starting before 4.30 or after 7.30 on the same day).
Members do not pay online booking fees. Please remember to log in to your online profile to use this membership perk.
Everywhere members receive a 25% discount on all live and satellite broadcast events, including MET Opera Live, NT Live, RSC, and ROH screenings.
Members’ free tickets are non-refundable. However, pre-booked tickets can be swapped for another performance if you notify Everyman in person, via our contact form, or by phone at least 90 minutes before the advertised start of the film.
In the case Everyman cancels a show you booked, free member tickets will be credited back on to your membership account.
Everywhere and Everyicon members can book up to 8 tickets in advance. Additional tickets can be booked once some of the reserved tickets are used.
If you renew before your membership expires or within 30 days, unused tickets will roll over. If the membership isn’t renewed or you switch to a different membership tier, the tickets will expire and cannot be carried over. Please note that membership tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or for regular tickets not linked to a membership.
Once logged in with your username and password, please select a film session, and you will be taken to our ticketing page with the option to confirm your membership tickets, just below the regular ticket choices.
Please make sure there are no errors in your entry, like spaces or punctuation. If your details are still not recognised, contact us or email talk@everymangroup.com for assistance.
You can reset your password by clicking the password reset link. If you’re logged in, go to the Edit Your Online Account section to change your password.
If your membership card is lost, please email us. We’ll blacklist the old card, and you’ll receive a new one with a different membership number.
If you renew your membership within 30 days or are signed up for automatic renewal, your tickets will roll over. We’ll remind you when you’re nearing your renewal date!
Everyman memberships are valid for 1 year, with payments set up on a 12-month agreement. However, you have the right to cancel your membership within 15 days of purchase. To cancel, contact our Membership team on email us. Please note that you will need to pay for any tickets used during this period.
If your membership is more than 15 days old, it will continue until the end of the 12-month agreement. If you’ve paid upfront, no action is needed as your membership will automatically expire after the 12-month period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for early cancellations.
You can downgrade your membership at the time of renewal. We do not offer mid-year downgrades or pro-rata refunds.

Gift membership vouchers are posted first-class and may take up to a week to arrive.
Yes, you can purchase a gift membership voucher using a card registered to an address outside the UK, but the delivery address must be within the UK.
All gift membership vouchers are non-refundable.
If you need to exchange your gift membership voucher, a £5 admin fee will apply. Contact us at talk@everymangroup.com for more information or to request an exchange.
If your gift membership voucher hasn’t arrived, please email us for assistance.
To activate your gift membership, visit our Membership page, email us on talk@everymangroup.com, or visit one of our venues.
Reselling Everyman gift vouchers is not allowed.
If you lose your voucher, please email us.. A £5 admin fee applies to replacements, and the new voucher will be valid for a maximum of six months.
All gift vouchers expire 12 months after the purchase date. Unused credits cannot be extended beyond the expiration date.
If you haven’t yet received or have stopped receiving our weekly newsletters, log into your account and make sure you’ve opted in for newsletters and/or special event emails. Ensure your local venue is selected, and that both the ‘newsletter’ and ‘special events’ boxes are checked. We also recommend that you add noreply@everymancinema.com to your contacts to avoid missing emails.

Yes, you can opt in to receive weekly listings by selecting the 'newsletter' option in your account. If you'd like to receive additional updates about members' screenings and special events, you can opt in for events invitations as well.
